Ballrommin‘ Blues with David Tritel

Join our group of warm-hearted dancers at our blues week-end of classes and parties on the 10th-12th March 2023.

Two days of workshops about Ballroomin‘ Blues and parties on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening are waiting for you.
Saturday workshop will be an all-level class and Sunday will be higher level (Intermediate and above).
This workshop is beginner friendly. If you are new to Blues dancing, there will be a class at 1 PM on Saturday to teach you the basics of Blues Dancing and get you ready for the Saturday workshop and party.

TEACHER

David Tritel

David Tritel is a Lindy Hop, Balboa, and Blues Dance instructor from California who currently teaches locally in Kraków, Poland. He has been dancing Lindy Hop for nearly 23 years, Blues Dance for more than 15, and is known for teaching advanced techniques to improve both power and communication in the dance. He and Dorota have spent the better part of a decade building up the local Blues Dance community in Kraków, as well as teaching high level steps and patterns that they create themselves.

In the past few years, David has made traditional Blues music his focus, training students how to dance to a variety of Blues styles from the early female Blues singers, to Delta Blues, to Piedmont style, to Chicago electric. This is his and Dorota’s first time in Nuremberg since before the pandemic, and they are very excited to be back.
