This evening yoga class is designed especially for dancers – and it’s open to all levels, with a gentle focus on beginners.

If you dance a lot but don’t stretch enough, or if your day has been busy and your mind feels full, this class is your moment to slow down. We’ll help you release tension, soften your body, and come back to yourself so you can head into the night feeling calm, loose, and ready for deep rest.

The class blends Hatha and Vinyasa styles, combining steady stretches with smooth, flowing movement and plenty of time to breathe.

Course info

  • Please bring comfortable clothes, your yoga mat, and a blanket. You’re welcome to bring blocks and straps if you like, but they’re not required. Just come as you are and enjoy the stretch.
  • Bi-weekly, 45 minutes each class, 6-7 nights per course, no class during school holidays
  • Class will be held in English

Not quite sure yet which dances you like? Then you can also register for ‘taster class’ via the registration link – take part in the first lesson and only then register for courses.

Drop-in
Are you visiting the city or only want to join a specific class? No problem – you can do so for €20 (regular) / €15 (reduced) per 60 minutes. Drop us an email in advance at info@thatswing.de.
