  • GLO: Swingin Movies II

    Das Groove Legend Orchestra spielt im südpunkt! 
    Das Konzert ist bestuhlt, aber in dem hinteren Teil des Saals wird Platz zum Tanzen sein.

    "Nach dem großen Erfolg unseres „Swingin Movies“ Konzert vor 2 Jahren, ist es auch in dieser Saison wieder soweit. „Swingin Movies II“ steht auf dem Programm und auch diesmal wird es Titelmelodien, Erkennungsmelodien oder einfach nur Musik aus Film- und Fernsehgeschichte geben. Freuen sie sich auf einen Abend mit Musik die sie schon immer einmal komplett und nicht nur in kleinen Auszügen hören wollten."

That Cotton Club is our social dance party twice a month taking place alternately in two locations:

At Kofferfabrik there is a taster class for ca. 30 minutes – included in the 5€ entrance fee. We usually have DJs playing lovely swing and blues music to dance to.

One of our monthly social dances in Nürnberg!
Swing and Blues in the lovely wine bar Weinerei – it’s free and open for everyone to come. We dance among the party folks, and there’s a taster for newbies, so bring your non-dancing friends and enjoy a saturday night out!

Due to the coziness of the room, class size will be limited to 12-14 people. No partner or dance experience required! We’ll start out with walk-in classes (first-come-first-serve basis) and participants will pay 15 Euro for 3 classes (one Block) up front.
Suggested donation for the social dance is 2-5 Euro
